Arizona Central Credit Union Moves to State-of-the-Art Building | Latest news

SHOW LOW – Arizona Central Credit Union owns every one of its properties except the Show Low branch, but that will all change in December as a new location is expected to open before the end of the year.

The move won’t be far, as the new branch is currently under construction right across from the Goodwill thrift store.

“When we move, (the branch) will have a whole different concept,” said Marilyn Grena, ACCU Show Low branch manager. “Everything will be stations that will be laid out differently and each staff member will be trained to do everything. “

Which benefits both members and employee members, said Grena.

“No one likes to spend time waiting in line to be told to sit down and wait to see someone else,” said Grena. “There will be more convenience, as members can simply turn around and sit at another station to take care of various transactions, such as car loans, new accounts and more. “

“This new concept will also allow employees to be better paid and ensure better retention. We are very excited here. “

This new kind of branch office concept is gaining popularity in the United States for good reason.

The new building will have two ATMs, with drive-thru with video chat option. All the latest comforts!

The only downside to the move is that Grena said the staff really enjoy decorating for the holidays, but since the move is in December, they have to delay the fun until the move.

ACCU has been in business since 1939 and is a full-service, member-owned and operated, not-for-profit financial institution. Everyone is welcome.
